I had a terrible experience with this web site. They changed my dates of travel and charged me to escape their system error. I called within 2 minutes of making the reservations (as soon as the email confirmation arrived), and offered to book what I needed for $60/per person more than I could book it for elsewhere, or I could pay $125 to cancel plus $25/ticket. They make their money screwing up your travel plans then canceling for a $125 fee. Stay away from them.
